The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Great for families with kids. Good breakfast and lunch options. Reception quickly provided a hot plate for us.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Great accommodation and enjoyable activities
Spending New Year's Eve in this hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect, close to the city center and nearby tourist sites. We enjoyed the pool and sauna in the hotel, and the outdoor activities offered were great. One of the highlights was the bonfire with marshmallow roasting, a fun and enjoyable experience for all.
One of the worst aspects was the limited food options. The same dishes were served repeatedly, and vegetarian options were scarce.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel! the location was fantastic, close to the lake and surrounded by beautiful countryside. the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. We loved the buffet breakfast and the fact that there were lots of activities on offer, like canoeing and bike rental. the kids especially enjoyed the play area and the Easter egg hunt!
That there were a few areas that could have been tidier - some of the walkways were a bit uneven and there was some litter around. the parking wasn't great, and we did have a bit of trouble finding a space at times.

The resort has plenty of activities for families with kids, such as a beach with rental equipment like canoes and bikes. the staff is generally friendly and helpful. the rooms are tidy and clean, and some have hot plates for cooking. Guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch at the buffet. There are also a few benches on the beach for sitting and relaxing.
Some areas of the resort have loose paving that can be hazardous, so guests should be careful while walking.

I had a great time at this hotel with my family. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a football field, a beach with canoes and bicycles for rent, and a clean bar that sold water even at 4am. The location was also great, with easy transportation and ample parking. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and enjoyed the breakfast provided.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
